Restricted conduct and fraud

Suspected fraud or misuse may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to authorities. We reserve the right to investigate, delay or refuse payments while inquiries are ongoing.
Dormant accounts and fees
Accounts inactive for a prolonged period (as posted on the Site) may be classified as dormant. We may apply reasonable administration fees for dormant accounts after advance notice, up to local legal limits.
Account closure and termination
You may close your account by contacting support and completing required verification and withdrawal procedures. Closing an account does not remove obligations incurred prior to closure.
We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory requirement, or other valid reason. Remaining balances may be refunded subject to verification and lawful deductions.
Limitation of liability
Use of the Site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Casino’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the value of the relevant wager or fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including lost profits. Technical interruptions, third‑party errors, force majeure events, or your misuse of the Site are not our responsibility.
